The automatic way

The point of this feature is that you never open this page. Once the Morning Forecast task posts the issue itself, everything above is only a fallback for the day the Mac was asleep. The set-up is one edit to that task and one key in the hosting settings, written out in docs/design/morning-forecast-workflow.md.
