Privacy notice

The full privacy notice for Sensei Desk is being finalised and will be published on this page before general launch.

Your details are used to run your membership and improve the service. If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, or want it removed, reply to any email from Sensei News and we will handle it.

Membership addresses and private support records are encrypted in our database. Import logs retain counts rather than email lists. We use your address to verify your membership and send sign-in emails; authorised support staff can access it when needed.

We keep the questions you send to page chat and its replies, including charts, sources, suggested questions, feedback and unsuccessful requests, so authorised staff can review problems and improve answers. These records have no automatic expiry. Starting a new conversation does not delete earlier records. You can request a copy or removal of your records; deleting a conversation removes its linked review records.

The additional review archive is encrypted in our database. Storing it does not automatically submit your conversations for model training. Please avoid including passwords or other information that is not needed to answer your question.

This page will be replaced by the full notice. How we treat your data does not wait for it.
