3. The same applies wherever you hear from us. Sensei does not provide personal financial advice through this site, the newsletter, Discord, social media or elsewhere.
4. Our information can be wrong. We use third-party data providers and published sources, and may use AI in certain features, such as chatbots. Figures, calculations and answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, whether an error comes from us or our providers.
5. For information only. Our company data, scores and analysis describe available information and do not predict future share prices or investment returns. Carry out your own research and check important information against original sources before making an investment decision.
6. Understand the protections that apply. Sensei News is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme protections do not apply to this research service. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Investing puts your capital at risk. You can get back less than you put in. Past performance does not predict future results, and forecasts are not guarantees. Your investment decisions are your own. If you are unsure whether an investment is suitable, speak to a regulated financial adviser.
8. Sharing small extracts is fine; redistributing the service is not. You are welcome to share small snippets or occasional screenshots for discussion, including in Discord. Please credit Sensei News and retain relevant context and warnings. Do not redistribute substantial amounts of our content or data, republish full reports, or resell access without permission. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.
9. Use the service fairly. Do not bulk-download or scrape our data, bypass access or usage limits, or deliberately overload, disrupt or drain the service's resources.
10. Chats are stored and may be reviewed. We store chat questions and replies. Authorised staff may review them to investigate problems, protect the service and improve answer quality. Please avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information. Our privacy notice explains retention and your rights, including how to request access or deletion.
